Each listing shows whether that item is on hand or pre-order. On-hand items ship within 1–2 days, with same-day delivery available on weekends in Metro Manila. Pre-orders take 3–30 days. Mixed orders show both windows. Pickup is free and by appointment. Delivery is ₱120 unless a delivered order reaches ₱2,000 in discounted decants, which also unlocks a complimentary tester.

Sealed unused retail bottles can be returned within 7 days if unused. Tester bottles, partials, and decants (In-house or Retail) are final sale. Every bottle is sourced from authorised distributors — authenticity is guaranteed.

We collect the minimum data needed to fulfil your order and notify you about it. We never sell your data.

We don't run a card or e-wallet gateway — you pay by scanning one of our bank or e-wallet QR codes at checkout, then upload a screenshot of the receipt. A person checks every receipt by hand before your stock is reserved, so verification can take up to one business day.

Email us before your receipt is verified and we can usually adjust or cancel the order outright. After verification, cancellation is still possible but requires a reason and may take a little longer while we release any reserved stock.
