Each listing shows whether that item is on hand or pre-order. On-hand items ship within 1–2 days, with same-day delivery available on weekends in Metro Manila. Pre-orders take 3–30 days. Mixed orders show both windows. Pickup is free and by appointment. Delivery is ₱120 unless the order reaches ₱2,000 in decants (counted after discounts). Reaching that also earns a complimentary tester, whether the order is delivered or picked up.

Sealed unused retail bottles can be returned within 7 days if unused. Tester bottles, partials, and decants (In-house or Retail) are final sale. Every bottle is sourced from authorised distributors, and authenticity is guaranteed: if anything we sell is proven fake, final-sale items included, you get a full refund.
